APPLICATION PROCEDURE

FOR PRESCHOOL/KINDERGARTEN

Students who are interested in MIS

- STEP 1 -
Application for School Tour

Please apply for a  School Tour by filling out the Contact Form on the website.
You will be contacted via email regarding the time and date.

- STEP 2 -
School Tour

We will explain about the curriculum,
programs and teachers at MIS Pre-School / Kindergarten.
We will also ask questions regarding the situation of your child.  

- STEP 3 -
Submission of the Application Form

Please fill out and submit the Application Form.
The result of the application will be notified within 1 week.

Students who have decided to enroll into MIS

- STEP 1 -
Payment for Application

The invoice for the registration fee will be sent from the MIS office.
  Admission will be accepted as soon as the payment is confirmed. 

- STEP 2 -
Application Documents 

Required documents will be sent.
Please make sure to fill them out and submit them directly to MIS. 

- STEP 3 -
Enrollment

Please make sure your child has everything they need.

FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL

- STEP 1 -
  Application for School Tour

Please apply for a School Tour by filling out the Contact Form on the website.
You will be contacted via email regarding the time and date.

- STEP 2 -
  School Tour

We will hold an information session about our school.
You will have an opportunity to tour the school, meet our teachers and staff.
Our curriculum, academic programs and events will be explained in detail.

- STEP 3 -
Submission of the Application Form

Please fill out and submit the Application Form.
You will be notified of the result of the application within 1 week.

- STEP 4 -
Payment of Application Fee

The invoice for the Application Fee will be sent.
Please note that this Fee will charged, no matter the result of the Interview and Entrance Exam.
There will be no refunds.

- STEP 5 -
Interview and Entrance Exam

After payment for the Application Fee is confirmed, we will set a date to administer
the Student Entrance Exam (WIDA), Student Interview, and Parent Interview.
※WIDA is an English language proficiency assessment for grades K-12.

- STEP 6 -
Acceptance Letter

An Acceptance Letter will be sent via email.
Please pay via bank transfer.

- STEP 7 -
Admission Documents

Please fill out the Admission Documents that will be given.

- STEP 8 -
Parent Teacher Meeting and Orientation

We will set up a meeting to discuss how we can work together
for the child’s development and success at MIS.
Please submit the completed Admission Documents on this day.

- STEP 9 -
Enrollment

Please make sure your child has everything they need before the first day of school.
All fees must be paid before the payment deadline, prior to Enrollment.
