English Language Acceleration Program Spring 2025

The English Language Acceleration Program is an intensive spring program designed for students considering to study abroad, those aiming to improve their practical English skills, and students who want to start preparing gradually for their future goals. This program utilizes TOEFL Junior materials and is taught by experienced educators. It is offered in three levels - advanced, intermediate, and beginner and focuses on the three core areas of English: reading, speaking, and writing, using MIS's unique approach for in-depth learning.

Although all levels of English speakers are welcome, there will be a strict no-Japanese policy, and English will be used at all times. Students will be encouraged to express themselves in English as much as they can.

Application Procedure


Step 1: Submit Application Form

Please fill out one Application Form for each student. If you are applying for more than one person, please fill out the form separately for each student and inform us know by e-mail. (Sibling discount available 10% off)

Step 2: Make Payment

The MIS Admin office will send an email confirming your registration. Subsequently, invoices will be sent via email. Please make the payment within one week of the day the invoice was sent to keep the spot.

Step 3: Check and Submit Documents

The MIS Admin office will send out an email including details about Things to Bring, Special Program Online Application Form, School Handbook and a Lunch Order Sheet.

Step 4: Come join us!

Precautions regarding the Program


■ Changes in Program Details

Please note that there is a possibility that activities and schedules may change due to unforseen circumstances such as weather, capacity or available resources.

■ School Bus

The School Bus will only be available to students who have secured their spot for the school term. Departure times will be the same as the regular school term schedule.

■ Emergency Weather

In the event of heavy snow, typhoon, or heavy rain, we will contact you by email on the morning of the program day.

■ Allergies

If your child has any allergies, please consult with us at the time of application, so that we can remove those foods from our lunch boxes. However, we will not be responsible for any allergic symptoms that may develop after eating our lunch box.

■ Suspension of Participation

If there are dangerous acts such as abuse or violence, or if the safety of other students cannot be ensured, or if significantly hindering the progress of the class, students may be asked to go home even during the program. In that case, please note that the tuition fee on the day cannot be refunded.
